Not much is known about them, yet. Also you will see some foods with percentages listed, like MP+5% Remember that most foods have a cap and so it is unlikely this food is un-capped; possible, but unlikely. It is more likely no one has posted the food cap.

In another week I should be able to cook every food item in the game (I need to purchase StewPot Mastery). My cooking skill (unaided) is 99, plus two yields cooking of 101.
