I am available Wed/Thurs 8:00-10:00pm EST.

I am also available Sundays 3:00pm-6:00pm EST. (If Trix is involved, this will probably be the best time for him).

Well thank you Maior for posting this to the site :-P
The job I wanted to lvl was RDM (which is now lvl 50)
I would be interested in lvling either RNG(39) WHM(40) BLM (35) or BRD(18) SAM(38) and DRG(32) for anything close to lvl 40 I would need at least 2-3 days to get them to lvl 44.
I would prefer to lvl either BLM SAM or WHM(only if we can't get someone else to do it) [like Cyclonus I know he LOVES WHM]
so whatever you need me to be I can do :-)
and at most this would be 1 time a week and maybe some enm stuff if we get bored just lvling.
So please post here if you would like to join and please put a TIME AND DAY that you are free and we will see if we can get this going.
This is just something fun that we can do together as a group and have a good time lvling those jobs we don't want to play in a pickup pt.

Avatarx: Pld/War
Cyclonus: Blm/Whm
Meretrix: Rdm/Blm I would like you to go as this as Ava will need a refresh if you are interested in lvling this job :-)
Darkkit: Whatever we need I have both DD and mage jobs this lvl(or close enough)
So all we need is one more person to fill out the pt A WHM or SMN would be great as I kinda want to lvl a DD job.
So there you have it as we know it right now.
Please put your avalibility on this thread right after mine so we can see when this can happen.

I really appreciate that you thought I had RDM to level 40. In fact, RDM is a job I haven't ever leveled. I'm rather jealous of RDMs, but I've never been the greatest mage. I'm much better at complicated blunt object movements. I'd love to have a lvl 50 static started. My THF is still (and has been since July) level 50. This would be a great reason for me to get out there and keep going.

Other Jobs: WAR 31, NIN 12, MNK/WHM/SMN 10.

Just like Sam said, I work evenings and almost never see him. Weekend afternoons and evenings are your best chance of getting me to show up (and on time). Sam's choice of Sunday from 3-6p works perfectly for me. If you can fit in a lvl 50 THF on the weekends, then Mere's your girl.

Anyway... I'd be available for a static easiest Sunday afternoons EST (probably between 3pm-6pm EST).

Other than this, I could be available on *some* weeknights, but I know that my hours on weeknights always conflicts with Trix's, so if Trix was involved, there's no way in hell weeknights could work out.

Well, let me put all the jobs I have that I'd be interested in leveling up in such a static (to see if any other of my levels could sync up better). I will put them in order of preference, with '1' being the one I'd be most interested in staticking:
1: WAR/NIN (or MNK) 44
2: SAM/WAR 29
3: NIN/WAR 28
4: RNG/NIN 35(ish)

Right now, WAR/NIN or SAM/WAR would be my preference. I have gear for both for many levels. Also, I have no intention of leveling them outside of a static any time soon.

NIN/WAR is what I've been leveling up lately. I'd prefer not to level it in the static because I will also be leveling it in Thersty's ENM starting next week (basically, I'll be getting 3-6k EXP on top of whatever else it got in a static.. meaning it would very soon level too high).

RNG/NIN is my last choice simply because all of my RNG gear is in my mules and it's a royal pain to gather the gear for.

An Observation

An Observation which Maior made earlier (on some thread which I can no longer recall) is the BEST statics are those in which person X shows up to fill role Y (most of the time) and the game auto-caps everyone to some common level, yet still continues to award experience. Maior would likely know those area in the game where these conditions exist.

You may be looking at using Empress Bands once a week, on floating island three, inside of some Promyvion Crag for all I know. WHM having re-raise active (via an Earring) for those pulls which don't-quite-work-out.

Problem with that is...

When leveling in a level capped area, your skills are also capped at said level. So, assuming that I bring a BLM to party with a static and this static takes place in Prom-Holla - my elemental magic will never "exceed" level 30. In a situation where one is leveling a job, I would suspect skill-ups are desirable.

This is a great way to get merit points; however, most players are simply against it. Something about people having to store capped gear for areas which few (if any) merit point parties frequent; this is also true of ENMs, etc, etc.

I wouldn't want to level up any job indefinitely in a level capped area because my skills wouldn't get capped.

I'm already having problems with my WAR because of this, which is why I don't plan on leveling WAR in Thersty's ENM static any more.

I need to double check what job Darkkit had for this, but I have suspicions it was a melee.

If Darkkit is a Melee then we will likely be needing mage classes to fill us out. Something with refresh for Avatarx's PLD would probably be ideal (RDM or BRD).

Yeah, I was under the impression this wasn't going to be any more than once every week or so. I certainly wouldn't have the time to devote to anything more, and I'm pretty sure Avatarx couldn't either.
